The following terms and conditions apply to the use of the e-shop under the SOLCORE<\/strong> trademark, located at www.<\/strong>solcore.<\/strong>eu<\/strong>. Every user who enters, transacts or uses the services of the e-shop (hereinafter, for brevity, a “visitor” and\/or “user” or “customer”, depending on whether they only visit the store or also place an order and purchase products and services) is deemed to consent to and accept unreservedly the terms set out here, without exception. Intellectual property rights<\/strong><\/h4>\n

All content of the e-shop, including distinctive titles, marks, images, graphics, photographs, designs, texts, etc., is the intellectual property of THE COMPANY and is protected under the relevant provisions of Greek law, European law and international conventions, or is the intellectual property of third parties for which THE COMPANY has obtained a licence for its own exclusive needs and for the operation of the e-shop. Any copying, transfer or creation of a derivative work based on this content, or misleading of the public as to the real provider of the e-shop, is prohibited. Reproduction, republication, uploading, communication, distribution or transmission, or any other use of the content by any means for commercial or other purposes, is permitted only with the prior written consent of THE COMPANY or of any other copyright holder. The names, images, logos and distinctive marks that appear in and describe the e-shop under the SOLCORE<\/strong> trademark, or the products or services of THE COMPANY or of third parties, are assets of THE COMPANY or of the respective third parties, protected by the relevant trademark laws. Their use in the e-shop in no way grants any licence or right to use them by third parties.

Personal Data – Confidentiality of Transactions<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Users’ details (name, profession, email address, home address, landline, mobile phone, etc.) and the transactions of the e-shop’s users are considered confidential, as in ordinary transactions in a retail store. When users provide their details in the course of their transactions, as with this document, they will be informed by THE COMPANY and consent to and accept the forthcoming processing of this personal data, for the needs of smooth and easy transactions between the parties, as well as the transmission of this data to recipients who will be specifically identified and who are the employees and agents of the company in the course of carrying out the contract being concluded. This document also notifies users of the existence of the right of access and the right to object under articles 12 and 13 of Law 2472\/1997. It is confirmed that only authorised employees have access to transaction information, and only when necessary, e.g. to process orders.

Furthermore, THE COMPANY undertakes not to disclose customers’ details and their transactions, unless it has written authorisation from the customers themselves, or this is required by a court decision or a decision of another public authority. The user\/customer agrees and undertakes to use the services, information and data of the e-shop as provided by law and on the basis of the rules of good faith and fair dealing.

  • send, publish, email or otherwise transmit any content that users have no right to transmit under the law or applicable contracts (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information obtained or disclosed as part of employment relationships or covered by confidentiality agreements)<\/li>\n
  • send, publish, email or otherwise transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of third parties of any kind<\/li>\n
  • send, publish, email or otherwise transmit any material containing software viruses or any other code, files or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy or limit the operation of any computer software or hardware<\/li>\n
  • knowingly or unknowingly breach applicable legislation or regulations<\/li>\n
  • harass third parties in any way<\/li>\n
  • collect or store personal data about other users<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
